Founder & President Profile
 Bill Burton is the Founder and President of WBB Partners, a recruitment solutions leader within the sporting goods industry. This includes identifying and working with candidates who are "Impact Players" in accounting & finance, I.T, manufacturing, sales, human resources and marketing.
Bill has more than 30 years of professional experience in Sporting Goods, including five years as an outwear manufacturer within the ski industry and 26 years as the owner and operator of multiple specialty action sports stores. Bill was additionally the executive vice president of a two hundred chain retail company.
His experiences have taught him first-hand the importance of long-lasting relationships, the value of consultative partnerships and the true significance of "Impact Players" within an organization.
Outside the office he served 12 years as a County Planning Commissioner, eight years as Chairman of the local Board of Adjustments, and five years as President of one of the top ski race clubs in the United States. A true nature lover, he founded a local chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (a group of sportsmen devoted to preserving habitat for elk), and was the Chairman of the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited. He has also been a member of Rotary Club International.
Personal Philosophy
"Being an owner of my own business has taught me, to be the best you must start with the best. People truly are the difference between prosperity and bankruptcy. Employees are the greatest asset a business can have. My belief is that I must treat "Impact Players" with the respect and confidence that they deserve."
